KINGFISCHER CONFERENCES & EVENTS was established in 2002 by Adrie Fischer. A Witwatersrand Hotel School Graduate with 13 years experience in the hospitality industry - working and planning conferences, functions and launches.

KINGFISCHER CONFERENCES & EVENTS is registered with SAACI (Southern African Association for the Conference Industry) as a Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) and accredited by Grant Thornton Kessel Feinstein.

• We assist the client in acquiring quotations for the planned event and negotiating rates on behalf of the client;
• Handling all invitations & RSVP's (delegates, facilitators, speakers);
• Handling all correspondence regarding accommodation, conference, airport shuttle, flights, documentation for visa administration and other queries on behalf of client;
• Dealing with service providers (ie. hotels, conference centre, shuttle service, interpreters, translators, etc);
• Arrange all pre-conference meetings between service provider(s) and client;
• Arrange promotional items (ie. Carry bags, banners, flags);
• Handle all hotel / conference centre arrangements (ie. Rooming lists, programmes);
• Registration of all delegates before and during event;
• Managing event;
• Finalizing invoice
• Debriefing meeting with client
