Once a venue has been identified and confirmed, the following services are offered:

  • Pre-Conference meetings are arranged with all the service providers (ie. The venue, audio visual technicians, interpreters, transcribers, etc), the client and the Conference Organizer - discussing the final details of the entire event, ensuring that all involved are informed of all the details;
  • The Conference Organizer assists the client with the invitations and compiling of the rooming lists;
  • On the day of the conference, the Conference Organizer manages the registration of the delegates;
  • The Conference Organizer deals direct with the service providers - ensuring that all services and equipment rendered, is according to the arranged program
  • The entire event / conference is looked after / managed by the Conference Organizer, ensuring that all expectations are met during the event
  • Finalizing the invoice
  • Debriefing meeting with the client
